Mass emailing

Email is a very convenient tool for reaching a lot of customers or contacts very quickly and with minimal cost.

Swiss anti-spam legislation

When/if you're mass emailing your Swiss customers and/or address-lists, be careful to include an unsubscribe or dont-send-me-emails link in your email. This is one of the requirements of the Swiss anti-spam legislation which became effective last year. Personally I have severe doubts about the efficiency of this legislation, but if you do not include such a link, you are in violation, and could be taken to court.
